Introduction of This Machines
This machine is used to select mealiness strongly magnetic mineral, the specific susceptibility should be not less than , it can select magnetite, pyrrhotite, magnetizing roast hematite etc. After selected, the mineral will be separated into magnetic mineral and non- magnetic mineral. This machine is widely used to purify the black metal ore, non-ferrous metal ore, recovery heavy media and other industries.
The machine has three kinds tanks, half reverse current, reserve current and fair current. It is suitable for different grading granularity and process requirements.Half reverse current tank is used to both roughly and carefully select the strongly magnetic mineral whose grading granularity is 0~1mm, especially to carefully select the 0~0.15mm mineral. The fair current is used to is used to both roughly and carefully select the strongly magnetic mineral whose grading granularity is 0~6mm, and it is suitable to select the big grading granularity and low grading requirement. The reverse current tank is used to both roughly and carefully select the strongly magnetic mineral whose grading granularity is 0~0.6mm, it has high coefficient of recovery so it is widely used as heavy media recovery equipment in coal washing factory.
